Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Opened packages of Adhesives & Cleaners
- Custom-cut PE Irrigation Pipes or PVC Pipe Fittings
- Special order Pumping Equipment with serial numbers
- WRAS-approved Pressure Tanks and Vessels that have been installed
Returns Process
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your return request (see template below)
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package Items: Securely pack the items with the RMA number clearly visible
- Ship Back: Send to: Irrigation Supplies Shop, Returns Department, 3320 Elk Rd Little, Tucson, US 85705
Exchanges Process
For incorrect or defective items (e.g., faulty brass garden click fittings or irrigation sprinklers):
- Follow the same initial steps as returns
- Specify the replacement item needed in your email
- We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return (international customers may need to pay new shipping costs)
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

International Returns
For our global customers (excluding select Asian/remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
