If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of Bauer-compatible clamps, PE irrigation pipes, or any other product, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for your convenience.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Opened packages of Adhesives & Cleaners
  • Custom-cut PE Irrigation Pipes or PVC Pipe Fittings
  • Special order Pumping Equipment with serial numbers
  • WRAS-approved Pressure Tanks and Vessels that have been installed

Returns Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your return request (see template below)
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package Items: Securely pack the items with the RMA number clearly visible
  4. Ship Back: Send to:

Exchanges Process

For incorrect or defective items (e.g., faulty brass garden click fittings or irrigation sprinklers):

  1. Follow the same initial steps as returns
  2. Specify the replacement item needed in your email
  3. We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return (international customers may need to pay new shipping costs)

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding select Asian/remote regions):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
