Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Recommended):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Shipping Cost: $12.95 USD
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping:

  • Available for orders over $50 USD
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations (excluding select Asian and remote regions).

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened packages of Adhesives & Cleaners
  • Custom-cut PE Irrigation Pipes or PVC Pipe Fittings
  • Special order Pumping Equipment with serial numbers
  • Installed WRAS-approved Pressure Tanks and Vessels

Returns Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your return request (see template below)
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package Items: Securely pack the items with the RMA number clearly visible
  4. Ship Back: Send to:

Exchanges Process

For incorrect or defective items (e.g., faulty brass garden click fittings or irrigation sprinklers):

  • Follow the same initial steps as returns
  • Specify the replacement item needed in your email
  • We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return (international customers may need to pay new shipping costs)

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

International Returns

For our global customers:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • We recommend using tracked shipping (DHL/FedEx) for valuable irrigation equipment
  • Refunds will exclude original import duties paid
